Each Couch To CrossFit dedicated class is specifically designed to teach you the most common movements in CrossFit to get you lifting safely and effectively in preparation for your first class after the course.

Education focused sessions where you will learn Individualised, actionable lifestyle and nutrition strategies, making healthy lifestyle choices simple, easy and stress free. No restrictive and unsustainable fat loss chasing methods here!

Your individualised goals will be supported by your own expert CrossFit coach who you’ll meet with to ensure you get the results you desire, 1:1 coaching but delivered in a small group setting! You’ll also get access to the Couch To CrossFit community group for further accountability and support.

Starting Monday 14th October at 7:40pm-9:10pm every week for 6 weeks. The course is a collaboration between CrossFit Nottingham and CrossFit Loughborough. Sessions will be held at CrossFit Nottingham.
Additional catch up sessions the following day each week to allow flexibility for busy schedules

A combination of taught lifestyle and nutrition educational content followed by our exclusive Couch To CrossFit dedicated class

A workbook that includes all the taught content as well as methods to track and measure your progress. Specific movement goals and workouts to do outside of the gym between sessions.
